1.	Owner(s) IC: Photocopy (front & back)
2.	Personal Address: Need provide Utilities Bill as a proof (Under Owner Name)
3.	Business Address: Need provide Utilities Bill as a proof (Under Owner Name)
4.	SSM: Borang 9, Borang 13 (If company have changed name)
	Register Number Register Date Company Full Name Contact Person Contact Person Phone Number

5.	Email for Paypal account
	a) Email ID b) Password of above email Note: verification code will send to this email
6.	Credit Card: Photocopy (front and back)
7.	Business Bank Account: Bank Name, Account Holder Name, Account Number
8.	Default Currency (MYR or SGD): choose either one

**Once registration done, Paypal will charge USD$10.00 from the credit card as deposit.
**card owner need to call the bank to Verify Credit Card, after done, USD$10.00 will be refunded.
