Why we need to use the domain name as our email address?

For every business owner, a proper business email address should include the domain name. And your domain name is usually the same as your business name.

Creating a domain name for your business website is the first step and for the next step is to create an email address as same as your domain name.

Why do we need to have a proper domain email address for business?

1) Professional

Represent your company image, if you are dealing with a big company but you're still using Gmail to communicate with them , they will think that you are most probably a new start up business. It will reduce the chance to have a deal with them for sure. If you are a small company ,you will still encourage to have a proper email address so in order to bring up your company image.

2) Safety

If you want to send your business quotation or some other attachment through Gmail, it will have a higher chances that your mail will just go into their junk mail / spam mail.

If you are a sales person of company and you are using your own gmail to send business quotation or some file to clients ,and you’re so unlucky that you’re in some legal issue.
