| Represent your company image, if you are dealing with a big company but you're still using Gmail to communicate with them , they will think that you are most probably a new start up business. It will reduce the chance to have a deal with them for sure. If you are a small company ,you will still encourage to have a proper email address so in order to bring up your company image.

| If you want to send your business quotation or some other attachment through Gmail, it will have a higher chances that your mail will just go into their junk mail / spam mail.

| If you are a sales person of company and you are using your own gmail to send business quotation or some file to clients ,and you’re so unlucky that you’re in some legal issue. Due to you’re using your own gmail so you have to bear all of the costs. But in the other way if you’re using the company email with domain name, your company would stand a chance to help you settle all the mess when in the same scenario.
