| There are three layers of the theory and differentiate by the inner, middle, and outer layers. |

1st Layer (Inner Layer): Why?
Purpose or Idea; Explain the meaning behind doing something. |

2nd Layer (Middle Layer): How?
Specific operation method; Guidance or teaching, how to perform a task. |

| Sometimes we have a strong understanding of what we are doing. When we are assigned to work on a task, we understand and know how to implement it. But sometimes, we may not understand "why" we need to do it. |

When we don't know why we need to do the task, it will affect the ways we work. When we are very clear about the purpose, it helps us easier to accomplish the task. |
